The value I have seen has been exponential…

Vicki was (and remains) the calm I needed within the raging storm I had inside me. When I met Vicki I was riddled with anxiety, a realisation I’d only recently had. The feelings I was experiencing weren’t new to me, I’d just never really understood what they were. The sense of dread and foreboding going into every day was causing me to make mistakes at work, I was second guessing myself at all times, I felt like I was under a spotlight and that everyone was against me. Working with Vicki I was able to see how my thinking was affecting me and it’s funny because her approach to coaching is so relaxed, you really don’t even realise you’re being coached. She just offers you an open space to talk, share and this in turn creates insights that somehow shift your perspective and alter the way you live day to day. I am now calmer in all aspects of my life, flying at work and happier, so much happier – the ultimate goal!
