Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Because the hoodies I sell are print on demand I am unable to provide a refund or exchange on any order unless there is damage to the item on arrival.
We can only refund items that arrive damaged or defective this is because the items are printed on demand. If you order the wrong size or colour by mistake we will be unable to refund or exchange your item. Please make sure you order the correct size and colour. I am 5ft 2inch and a slim build and wear either an XS or S size.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact form in the menu above.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item arrives damaged or defective please let me know by contacting me using the contact form in the menu above.
To return your product, you should first email me using the contact form in the menu above.
I will then be able to provide you with all the information you require to return your item. Please ensure you take photographs of the damaged item to send me.
