I know, I didn’t think it was possible either

As a full time worrier I had tried everything I could to make life ‘better’. But nothing seemed to work. Or at least, if it did it didn’t work for long before I was back to my old ways.

But what if I told you that you could worry and be at peace? That you can have anxious thoughts and still live a life of joy and happiness? With no techniques or hocus pocus.

What if I told you that by understanding where stress, worry and anxiety comes from it doesn’t control your life anymore?

That if you know where peace is found many of your physical and mental health conditions drop away?

Well that’s what we are going to explore in this course.

What does the course cover?

Lesson 1

In lesson 1 we’ll explore what thought is, what it is made from, where it comes from and whether we can control it.

Lesson 2

Lesson 2 explores thoughts in more detail. How they work and how knowing how thoughts work helps with physical feelings.

Lesson 3

In lesson 3 we explore how thoughts create feelings and how we can use feelings as a guidance system.

Lesson 4

In lesson 4 we look at how our experience of life is created from the inside out. What is it that makes us love or hate something? Can something outside of us make us feel a certain way?

Lesson 5

In the final lesson we explore what there is before thought. For me this is the best lesson where you’ll discover where inner peace, love and happiness lies…regardless of what is going on outside of you.


How is the content delivered?


The lessons are delivered every day via email, and consist of a daily video for you to watch with activities to undertake.

The videos are all less than 10 minutes to watch and the exercises will take a few minutes. All you have to do is enter your email address and name in the box below and you’ll receive your first lesson straight away.
