What does the course cover?
In lesson 1 we’ll explore what thought is, what it is made from, where it comes from and whether we can control it.
Today we’ll explore thoughts in more detail. How they work and how knowing how thoughts work helps with physical feelings.
In lesson 3 we are going to explore how thoughts create feelings.
In this lesson we look at how our experience of life is created from the inside out. What is it that makes us love or hate something? Can something outside of us make us feel a certain way?
In the final lesson we explore what there is before thought. For me this is the best lesson where you’ll discover where inner peace, love and happiness lies…regardless of what is going on outside of you.
