When I work with people I am guided by a set of principles called the Three Principles. These three principles apply to all human beings and explain how our minds work.
The Three Principles differ from other approaches that tackle human problems.
Rather than looking at the problems, the Three Principles understanding allows people to access their innate health and mental wellbeing. This brings profound peace of mind and is often accompanied by the dissolution of ‘problems’.
Sydney Banks uncovered the principles and described them as Mind, Consciousness and Thought:
Why use the Three Principles?
Before I discovered this understanding I had tried lots of different approaches to ‘fixing’ myself. You can read more about my story here.
But when I found the Three Principles my life changed. Nothing changed on the outside, but everything changed on the inside.
With this understanding I now know how my experience is created. Rather than thinking that things outside of me influence my behaviour I now see that thought in the moment creates my experience.
The Three Principles is often referred to as the inside out understanding for this reason.
