Last year, a simple idea turned into something truly magical. I created a WhatsApp group for Advent, inviting people to share one loving and kind action they took for themselves each day and the consequences of doing this — without any commenting or judgment from anyone in the group.
The response was incredible. Almost 100 people joined the group, and the ripple effects were undeniable:
✨ “It made a difference to me every day.”
✨ “It added warmth and love to my December.”
✨ “I really felt held during December from being able to post and read other people’s shares.”
✨ “I’m still feeling the benefits in February!”
✨ “It really helped me elevate my wellbeing in the dark and cold of December.”
✨ “It helped direct a more positive habit of looking at my blessings on a daily basis and finding them even when things looked bleak.”
And so it inspired this: Living from Love and Kindness Group Experiment—an online group and WhatsApp space to explore how small, loving actions can transform not just our lives, but the world around us.
Why?
Because when we fill our own cup, it naturally overflows with love and kindness for others.
But living from love and kindness isn’t just about creating a more loving world—it’s about transforming the way we experience life too.
When we choose loving and kind actions for ourselves, we begin to:
🌸 Reconnect with our true nature—beyond the noise of our conditioned thinking.
🌸 Experience more peace, joy, and freedom—not as something to strive for, but as a natural outcome of being kind to ourselves.
🌸 Inspire others effortlessly—because when we’re full of love, it naturally overflows to those around us.
🌸 Shift our perspective—from one of lack and judgment to one of abundance and acceptance.
This isn’t about adding more to your to-do list or forcing positivity. It’s about asking one simple question each day: “What would be loving and kind right now?” or “what would I love to do right now?”—following what comes up, and then noticing and appreciating what happens as a consequence.
It could be an action as simple as changing how you are sitting, getting up and making a cup of tea or having a moment to look out of the window.
The consequence could be feeling more content or peaceful in your day or noticing how your day has appeared more easy or that you have more patience with your family.
It is the noticing and appreciating what happens as a consequence of following what you would love in one moment in your day that is the thing that makes the difference and why I’m providing two opportunities in this experiment for this.
Here’s how it will work. There are two options to choose from, join for 4 weeks or join for 12 weeks (if you join the 4 week option you will have the opportunity to upgrade to the 12 week option if you want to continue). Both will include:

Every Wednesday, 12:30-13:30 BST (The 4 week option will run 9th April – 30th April; the 12 week option will run 9th April to 26th June).
I will open a space on Zoom in which we can come together to share how these small, loving actions are creating ripples in our lives and beyond, and inspire and encourage each other with ideas to try ourselves. With the focus on love and kindness, more love and kindness will be experienced!
These will be recorded should you not be able to attend in person, although to gain the most from the experiment I’d recommend attending if you can.

Just like before—if you’d like to be kept ‘accountable’ then this is the space to share your daily actions without comments or distractions from others. A space to keep us inspired and focused.
